ENVIRONMENTAL
Nature is what drives the ornamental stone and similar sector. It is from it that we extract the raw material that will be transformed into products that exalt the beauty of construction projects around the world.
Our company seeks to reduce the environmental impacts of our activities through concrete actions: around 85% of all water used in our production processes is treated and reused; the tailings generated are duly monitored and sent to a tailings deposit duly licensed by IEMA-ES.
We also have an environmental reserve, with trees native to the Atlantic Forest, kept within the company's area, which reinforces our commitment to the environment.
SOCIAL
In the community, the company invests in initiatives to promote education, sports, health and leisure. We collaborate with activities promoted by ROCHAATIVA, an entity linked to the Setor de Rochas Capixaba, in addition to encouraging and supporting amateur athletes.
GOVERNANCE
Other values very present in the company's culture are related to our team. The concern with safety in the work environment is constant, several actions such as training and lectures, are carried out, seeking to raise the awareness of our employees and partners. The constant search for knowledge is also very present. We maintain partnerships with entities in the Sector that, offer training courses. Another strong partnership is with Fundação Dom Cabral/MG, through which, we participate in the PAEX, a program that collaborates for the development of our managers.
